SERVICES & EXPERTISE

Book Re-backing -Leather and Cloth

Many books experience loose boards and detached spine materials. In such cases, a process called re-backing is necessary. We apply new leather or cloth to the spine and then carefully reattach the original materials, restoring the book to its original condition.

Re-sewing

With use over time, pages can become loose, requiring careful attention. In many cases, the book must be carefully disassembled and re-sewn before undergoing a complete rebinding. Although this process is time-consuming, and consequently the most costly form of repair, the results are invariably rewarding.

Cherished Family Heirlooms

Family Bibles, and other valuable books, cherished for their age or sentimental worth, often necessitate re-backing or complete rebinding. Our restoration process is carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail.
